Client Checklist

Every Team Leader inspects a minimum of forty-four key areas:

Kitchen

- Sweep and mop floors

- Wipe down outsides of appliances

- Clean sinks and fixtures

 - Clean hand prints from doors

- Clean stovetop

- Clean top of refrigerator

- Clean kitchen countertop, splash, sink and fixtures

- Empty trash

- Clean Arcadia door inside and outside

- Clean all inside windows

- Wipe down outsides of kitchen cabinets

Bathrooms

- Clean tubs, showers

- Clean vanities and items on the vanities

- Clean toilets

- Clean sinks and fixtures

 - Clean hand prints from doors

- Empty trash

- Wipe down outsides of bathroom cabinets

Bedroom

- Make the bed

- Change Linens

- Dusting of light fixtures, lamps, and pictures

- Dusting of furniture

 - Dusting of objects on tables

 - Clean all mirrors

- Vacuum accessible carpets

- Dust windowsills

- Dust baseboards

- Dust ceiling fans

- Dust blinds or shutters

- Edge carpets (Monthly)

Other Living Areas Including the Halls and Stairs

- Dusting of light fixtures, lamps, and pictures

- Dusting of furniture

- Dusting of objects on tables

- Clean all mirrors

- Vacuum accessible carpets

- Clean hand prints from doors

- Vacuum accessible carpets

- Vacuum upholstered furniture

- Dust windowsills

- Dust baseboards

- Dust ceiling fans

- Empty trash

- Edge carpets (Monthly)
